Welcome to the BRAVO BEACH 2024 SEASON Registration!
This registration session will allow you to complete information needed by BRAVO.
Registration deadline is May 01, 2024 !
Until your online payment is completed, registration is not complete.
BRAVO BEACH DATES & LOCATIONS:
Practices will begin April 30th and end June 27th.
Please try to attend at least 12-15 practices! We will offer 14-16 practices (weather dependent) every Tuesday through Thursday at these locations:
Rockrohr "Rock" Beach - 974 Richpond Rockfield Road
Marshall Beach "Marsh Pit" - 812 Plum Springs Loop Road
Practices will be held as follows but are subject to change with one hour notice.
All age groups 12u and younger, 14u and younger, 15u and older are subject to having practices at any of our locations.
No walkups.
You must bring a completed copy of the release waiver to the first practice! You will not be allowed to practice without one.
Tournaments will be the player responsibility. Tournament fees will be the player responsibility. BRAVO will provide needed information for tournament registrations.
Player partners (teammates) will be the player responsibility. In the case that a partner for a tournament cannot be found BRAVO will assist in finding a partner but does not guarantee a partner.
Skills Practices- Focused on drills, fundamentals of beach play.
Game Play Practices- Focused on game strategy. These practices will contain mostly coached partner play. No partner is needed to attend and tournament partners may not be together for the entire practice.
BRAVO BEACH MEMBERSHIP - $200
Includes: Ability to sign up for practices at a cost of $17.00 per practice (weather dependent), BRAVO Beach shirt, and one Inter Club Tournament.
Inter Club Volleyball Scrimmage - May 11th (only BRAVO Beach members can attend, no cost, no AVP points awarded)
**New this year - practice and tournament signups will be on our new platform - Volleyball Life (volleyballlife.com)** Players will need a Volleyball Life account to sign up for practices and tournaments (this is a free account).
NOTE: BRAVO changed the registration fee and practice fee structure to be more flexible for our players, however, YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE. Paying per practice ensures that you only pay for what you use. The $200.00 registration fee is for equipment, administrative costs, and coaches pay. NO DROP INS, you must be registered and signed up on Volleyball Life to participate, no offline payments will be taken at the time of practice.
NO PLAYER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PRACTICE UNLESS THEY HAVE REGISTERED FOR BEACH SEASON WITH BRAVO $200.00 and AVP $35.00, and has a completed WAIVER on file.
Does NOT Include: Practice fees, Tournament registration fees, travel fees, AVP membership fees, or any NEW, USAV/Pioneer memberships (please see below regarding USAV/Pioneer requirements)
Players will be responsible for registering or renewing with AVP. The cost is $35.00. If you are new to AVP and BRAVO Beach a "Basic Membership" (free) will need to be created first for the PARENT of the player. This membership will allow the parent to create the player account. The player account should be the "Silver Membership" $35. (Do this now)

Remember, new members must first create a Basic Account for the parent to create the player account.
The player account will be the Silver Membership.
AVP Age Definitions have changed to high school graduation year.
Junior Age Requirements as of 9/1/2023 (to be followed for WCC & ECC)
We will have a limited amount of beachwear and hats for sale this season and will communicate the days/times that we will have it for sale.
IMPORTANT: You are strongly encouraged to read through all of the BRAVO "Documents" found on our website.
If you are new to BRAVO/BRAVO BEACH, you must go to pioneervb.com and join as "new member" under the REGISTRATION tab. If you have played for BRAVO in the past, just not during the 2024 indoor club season, join as "existing member" under the REGISTRATION tab. You do not pay the fee at the time of Pioneer Region registration! BRAVO will pay for the fees. Please FORWARD the confirmation email from USAV to bravovbc@gmail.com. Please contact Nancy Funk @ nfunk@twc.com or 502-239- 1818 for assistance with Pioneer registration. You will NOT need to complete this registration if you played indoor club volleyball for the Pioneer Region in 2023.
In addition, if you are NEW to BRAVO or did NOT play in the 2024 indoor season, you will have to bring hard copies of the Medical Release form and a copy of the player's Birth Certificate. Sorry, we will not have a copier.
If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $20 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order. The discount will be refunded back on the same form of payment once the transaction has processed.
